About the founder.
Val spent years owning and operating multifamily buildings and managing the HVAC contractors who serviced them. He saw the same problems repeatedly: slow response, repeat callbacks, and invoices you can’t verify. Soundview is built around fixing those problems, with licensed field operators and operations software he wrote over a 20-year engineering career. The founding operator role requires an active CT S-1 license and responsibility for field operations. The founder provides the capital, systems, and customer development.
