CAREERS — HIRING S-1 / S-2 TECHS

Work with tools that respect your time.

Top-of-market pay. Dispatch, notes, and parts from your phone — no paper tickets. Owner-run, no PE churn. Apprentice licensing sponsored.

OPEN ROLE
Founding Operator — CT S-1 License

Run all field operations and serve as our license qualifier of record. This is a founding seat, not a job number: you get real ownership in the company you help build. Bring your active CT S-1 and, if you have one, your book of business — and keep the upside.

  • Real ownership: membership units vesting over 4 years (1-year cliff, then monthly), with more units earned as we hit revenue milestones.
  • You are the S-1 qualifier of record and run the field — an owner-operator seat, not a desk.
  • Bring your book, keep your book: any customers you bring are contractually protected — if it doesn’t work out inside the first 24 months, they go back with you.
  • Base salary switches on once the business’s margin supports it, plus profit distributions on your vested units.

ABOUT SOUNDVIEW

Run by the building owner who used to pay the invoices

Val spent years on the other side of the invoice — owning and operating multifamily buildings, and hiring, firing, and paying the HVAC contractors who serviced them. He knows exactly where commercial mechanical service fails its customers: slow response, repeat callbacks, and invoices you can’t verify. So he built the company he always wished he could hire — licensed field operators paired with operations software he wrote himself over a 20-year engineering career. We don’t pretend the owner turns wrenches: our founding operator holds the CT S-1 license and runs the field, while the founder brings the capital, systems, and demand.
